We are seeking an Independent Contract Music Therapist to serve for the following: Job Description: - Provide one-on-one Music Therapy services to children and youth with congenital disorders/intellectual disabilities/physical disabilities - Create tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clients - Document on each session - Communicate with other team members and service providers - Turn in timely documentation including weekly invoicing, progress notes, and related paperwork In order to provide services, candidates must fall under the following: Music Therapist who holds a credential as a board certified music therapist awarded by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (MT-BC) All Service Providers must have the following: * Resume * Certification/License in respective field * Auto Insurance Professional * Liability Insurance (upon hire) * Valid Driver's License * Social Security Card * Bachelors Degree or higher required * MT-BC Community Health and Wellness LLC has a calling to change people's lives.
